What

    1 mango
  • 2
    1 can vegan whipped cream
  • 3
    5 sheets of rice paper
  • 4
    Luke warm water

How

    Peel the mango and dice it into small cubes.
  • 2
    Fill a plate with a thin layer of lukewarm water.
  • 3
    Place a sheet of rice paper in the lukewarm water until it softens.
  • 4
    Take the sheet out of the water and drain the excess water by holding it up for a few seconds, causing the water to drop off.

    Place the softened sheet on a clean surface.
  • 6
    Spoon a full portion of diced mango onto the rice paper.
  • 7
    Add vegan whipped cream on top of the mango.
  • 8
    Fold the rice paper closed, and repeat for as many as you want!
