After work-out chia yogurt pudding with banana, strawberry and coconut

What

    500 g soy yogurt
  • 2
    2 big strawberries
  • 3
    1 banana
  • 4
    2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 5
    2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 6
    1 tablespoon coconut shaving

How

    Slice the banana and strawberries into small pieces or cubes.
  • 2
    Add the fruit to the soy yogurt.
  • 3
    Add a tablespoon of chia seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut shavings to the yogurt.

    Mix the ingredients together.

    Divide the mixture between two glasses.

    Place the yogurt in the fridge and let it set for 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand.

    If you want extra protein, you can add a scoop of protein powder.
