What
1
600 ml water
2
4 big organic lemons
3
2 cans of condensed oat milk
4
Ice cubes (as many as you like)
How
1
Wash your lemons thoroughly and cut them into quarters. It's important to use organic lemons when you also use the peel.
2
Add the lemons and 600 ml of water to the blender and blend for 30 seconds max. If you overblend, the lemon mixture tends to get bitter. There should still be little pieces of lemon visible in the mixture.
3
Pour the lemon water over a sieve to strain the pieces out of the mixture. You can store the leftover pieces and use them in your meal while you sauté garlic and onion for a little fresh kick for your dish.
4
Add the lemon water back to the blender and add the two cans of Nature's Charm condensed oat milk. Blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
5
If you think it is too sweet or too thick, you can add a little water and blend again.
6
Take a glass and fill it up with ice (because it is most delicious when it is really cold).
7
Pour the lemonade into the glass, garnish with a little slice of lemon, and enjoy!
