What
1
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
3
1 big teaspoon cacao
4
1 cup of oat milk
5
1 banana
6
3 brazillian nuts
7
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
8
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
9
1 tablespoon shaved coconut
How
1
Combine chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cacao in a sealable bowl. For an even mix, sift the cacao through a strainer to prevent clumping.
2
Pour in a cup of oat milk, blending well to ensure the dry ingredients fully absorb the liquid.
3
Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 20 minutes for a quick set. For a rich pudding consistency, leave it overnight. Note: The mixture will expand considerably, so ensure it has ample time to soak.
4
Once set to your liking, garnish with delightful toppings: banana slices, Brazilian nuts, sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of coconut shavings.
Tips & Tricks
For a delightful twist, dice the banana and incorporate it in step 2, allowing the pudding to imbibe its natural sweetness. Alternatively, mash the banana with a fork and blend it in during step 2.
