Cinnamon & persimmon chia pudding

What

    2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2
    2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 3
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4
    1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 5
    1/2 persimmon (kaki fruit)
  • 6
    1 cup of oat milk

How

    Combine two tablespoons each of chia seeds and hemp seeds in a bowl.

    Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the bowl.
  • 3
    Stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter.
  • 4
    Slice the permission (kaki fruit) into little cubes or use a grader.
  • 5
    Pour a cup of oat milk and blend well until the dry ingredients are fully soaked.

    Allow the mixture to settle for at least 20 minutes, or overnight for a richer pudding consistency. Note: The mixture will expand, so ensure it has sufficient time to soak.
