Ingredients
200 grams soy beans
1/2 cucumber
1 avocado
2 spring onions
12 Edamame Davai Dumplings (1 package)
1/2 lemon
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon sweet and spicy soy sauce (or regular)
2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoon sea-salt
2 teaspoon fresh ginger
Instructions

Heat neutral oil in a pan, and crisp up the Davai Dumplings for 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden. Set them aside.

Dice the cucumber, avocado, and slice the spring onion into rings.

Combine soybeans, cucumber, avocado, spring onions, cilantro, and the crispy dumplings in a bowl.

In another small bowl, mix lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili flakes, white pepper, sea salt, and fresh ginger into a zesty dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss well, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
