    2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2
    2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 3
    1 big teaspoon cacao
  • 4
    1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 5
    1 banana

    1 cup oatmilk

    Combine two tablespoons each of chia seeds and hemp seeds in a bowl.

    Sift the cacao into the bowl through a strainer to avoid clumps.
  • 3
    Stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter.
  • 4
    Slice a banana into bite-sized pieces and add to the mixture.

    Pour a cup of oat milk and blend well until the dry ingredients are fully soaked.

    Allow the mixture to settle for at least 20 minutes, or overnight for a richer pudding consistency. Note: The mixture will expand, so ensure it has sufficient time to soak.

    Garnish with banana slices and enjoy your nutritious chia-hemp pudding.
